Welcome to Kinder Core ELA/Math,
Join us for our hands-on and engaging kindergarten program, designed to act as a stand-alone kindergarten program or to enrich and support learning at home! We meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. until 11:05 a.m. This class is open to students who turn five on or before the start of the 2026/2027 school year and is meant to be paired with Kinder Core Social Studies and Kinder Core Science. Students who turn 5 after September 8th will not be admitted to this class until the 2027/2028 school year.
Hands-on learning activities:
Small group and large group lessons
Learning through games, music, and movement
Outstanding spiral and mastery math curriculum designed to help students be capable and confident in mathematics
Multi-sensory structured language program that emphasizes phonemic awareness and patterns to teach children reading, spelling, and letter formation of upper and lower-case letters
Class time will be spent:
Introducing new skills and concepts
Utilizing hands-on activities, games, and projects that will make learning come to life
At home, parents are asked to:
Complete any assigned items or unfinished work on non-Ethos days
Sample Daily Schedule:
9:00-9:10 Students socialize, get ready for class
9:10-10:00 Language Arts (phonics, printing, literature)
10:00-10:20 Snack & Recess (please pack snacks separately from lunch)
10:20-10:50 Math
10:50-11:00 Brain Break & Stretch (get ready for next class)

Payment Information:
- First Semester: September 8, 2026 - January 21, 2027. This four-hour course has a tuition fee of $800 per semester plus a $20 material fee.
- Second Semester: January 26, 2027 - May 27, 2027. This four-hour course has a tuition fee of $800 per semester plus a $20 material fee.
This class is non-religious, and homeschool incentive programs could cover the cost of this Kinder Core class.
