Over the course of the semester each student will learn the following skills and information in the kitchen:
- Food and kitchen equipment safety.
- All the food groups and why they are important.
- How to properly use a knife.
- Setting a table and proper manners.
- They will also get to sharing ideas, eat together and work as a team!
- All classes will start with a nutrition game or activity to teach the students about healthy choices they can make at home.
