As a Field Trip Coordinator, you will play a key role in organizing and managing educational excursions that enhance students' learning experiences outside the classroom. You will handle all aspects of planning and coordinating field trips, ensuring they are well-organized and enriching for students. This is a remote position, approved by the Director, and involves detailed coordination to bring engaging learning opportunities to life.

1.**Planning and Coordination:**
~ Organize all elements of field trips, including selecting destinations, scheduling dates (Wednesdays or Fridays), and coordinating times.
~ Manage logistical details such as pricing, capacity, parking, and obtaining any additional necessary information.
2.**Confirming Details:**
~ Provide all relevant information to the Director for inclusion in the newsletter and RSVP communications.
~ Ensure that permissions and waivers are distributed and collected as required.
3. **Logistics Management:**
~ Oversee logistical arrangements for each trip, including coordinating with venues, managing RSVP, and designating meeting spot.
~ Ensure that all details are meticulously planned to facilitate a smooth trip experience.
4. **Attendance and Leader Representation:**
~ Confirm that a leader or Ethos team member (Campus Coordinator, Field Trip Coordinator, Director, or Teacher) is present during the trip to assist with organization and communication.
~ Ensure that the designated leader holds a laminated sign provided by Ethos at a clearly marked meet-up spot to help parents and students locate the group.
