Sarah Majeske

Greetings! My name is Sarah Majeske, and I have a passion for all things Social Sciences! I have almost 30 years of education and on the job experience in Law Enforcement. I found that law enforcement, political science, and history all align into one fascinating experience. This led me to pursue a Master's Degree in American Government, with an emphasis in Political Theory and Public Administration. Having knowledge of the criminal justice system allows me to pull from a different set of resources and experiences, and I enjoy mixing the knowledge during my teaching.

I currently teach at the University of Dubuque LIFE program. I have home schooled my own four children at various seasons in their lives. I enjoy imparting a higher education model for students. In my classes, your student can expect to be challenged by higher education learning content, but taught in a practical way that they understand.

My hobbies include lifting weights, reading, thrifting for great deals, and I am a bit of a puzzle fanatic! I am a fierce chicken and dog mom! I enjoy serving in my church's coffee bar a few times a month, and playing family games with my husband and kiddos when we are all together. I look forward to working with your students and seeing where education takes them in life. They are all world changers!
