Jeralynne Bobinski started her journey in education when her daughter was born in 2002. She began
homeschooling and learned quickly how to adapt curriculum and lesson plans for her student. As
someone with a traditional learning, and therefore traditional teaching, style, she had to change her
methods to engage her daughter, who is a very hands-on and experiential learner. As she continued to
add students (a nephew, then a niece, then another niece, and finally a neighbor) she continued to learn
to adapt her teaching and the curriculum to fit each new learning style and learning difficulty. This led
her to begin developing her own curriculum and teaching methods that focus heavily on discussion,
visuals, and hands-on application.
As the kids grew into their teens, Jeralynne and her husband, Daniel, decided to start a speech and
debate club. This was further training ground for her teaching skills and broadened the scope of subjects
over which she gained competency. She developed curriculum for Worldview and Apologetics and
coached debate, even offering a debate camp in 2018.
As the kids continued to explore additional activities, Jeralynne was given more opportunities for
growth, through volunteering for teaching, coaching, and mentoring with several different
organizations, including American Heritage Girls and 4-H. With these new endeavors she explored topics
she never imagined she would need to know about: gardening, horsemanship, camping, hiking, animal
husbandry, veterinary medicine, and showmanship, just to name a few. As her daughter progressed in 4-
H, Jeralynne was encouraged to become a Supervisor at the annual Western Idaho Fair and through that
gained valuable experience in event planning and management.
Approaching the end of her homeschooling adventure, she decided to convert the speech and debate
club into a drop off academy for homeschool families and put some of her diverse knowledge to good
use. As she gained a reputation for her teaching skills a few Homeschool Co-Ops in the area approached
her and she took on teaching jobs on days in between her academy days. She has continued to gain a
following in the Treasure Valley and is a sought-after instructor within the homeschooling community.
Recently she has begun volunteering in adult education and has taught very popular classes in
Worldview and the Constitution.
Her daughter graduated in May 2021, and not one to sit idly by, her newest endeavors include managing
the Nampa Farmers Market and helping her daughter build a house. Currently her prepared class offerings include
Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Anatomy and Physiology,
General Science, Physical Science, Science Survey, Worldview, Apologetics, Government, Speech, Debate, Economics, History, and Arts & Crafts.
