Ashley Everly

Hello! My name is Ashley Everly. Ever since I was a child I've had a love for athleticism, nature, science, and family. From the ages of 3 to 14 years, I participated in the sport of baton twirling. To further improve upon my skills, I learned ballet and gymnastics. In my early years of twirling, I performed in many parades, and in my later years I competed at state, regional, and national competitions. By age 14 I had won seven national titles. This experience and training allowed me to excel in cheerleading, basketball, golf, and softball in high school.

When I went to college, I was inspired to learn about how toxic substances can impact the environment and human health, and graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Toxicology. I also worked as an intern at the California Environmental Protection Agency with the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment.

In 2009, my husband and I ended up moving to Idaho, and shortly after, we started a family. While I was pregnant with my first child, I began to investigate the medical research on natural health, nutrition, infectious disease, and vaccines.

Over the years, while homeschooling my two children, I have worked with various non-profit organizations, advocacy groups, and law firms. I was also invited to speak on the topic of vaccines on several local radio shows, Idaho News 6, and CBS 2 Boise.

In my mid-30s I began taking martial arts classes (after signing my kids up for martial arts) and now have a black belt in taekwondo and hapkido!

Although I am interested in a variety of topics and am always learning, my most important passion is simply living a life that honors God and aligns with the person God created me to be. I am so thankful for the support, encouragement, and active involvement of my parents and other role models in my life, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help students discover and pursue their own God-given talents, interests, and passions.
